Judith Roberts Opticians were early adopters of digital retinal photography, which is a valuable tool for detecting eye disease and monitoring the health of the central retina, and is considered an important component of a comprehensive eye examination.
We were one of the first practices in the UK using digital retinal photography. Over the years this has proven its value time and time again. It photographs the inside of the eye and in particular the most important parts of the central retina. This really helps us to detect disease and monitor a healthy eye into the future. Your images are stored digitally and backed up offsite in secure storage.
We feel having a retinal photograph is an important component of a comprehensive eye examination.
