Judith Roberts Opticians is delighted to announce a new business partnership with iLase, and its owner Mr Mohammed Muhtaseb. Mr Muhtaseb joined Singleton Hospital, Swansea, as its first corneal and refractive Consultant in 2007. He now does most of his private consultations in the practice and all his surgical procedures can be done privately at Singleton Hospital.

Mr. Muhtaseb established iLase to meet the demands of patients in the private sector for safe and effective laser eye surgery, as well as cataract and lens implant surgery.  The following treatments are available:

• Correction of refractive errors by laser or by phakic intra ocular lens
• Cataract extraction and implantation of mono focal or multi focal intra ocular lens
• Correction of presbyopia by lens extraction and insertion of multi focal intra ocular lens

By combining the most modern diagnostic equipment with surgical proficiency in modern techniques, he hopes to provide the kind of high quality care that anybody would desire for themselves or their family.
